Newington, CT (May 15, 2008): Frontier Vision Technologies (FRONTEX) has officially completed redesign and next release of one of the largest social networks in India – Yaari.com. Yaari is a social networking site designed specifically for Indian youths and has over 500,000 active members.

“This has been a very challenging project because of the sheer size of everything that had to be taken into consideration,” said Peter DiCostanzo, VP, Enterprise Projects, “initial performance goals were hefty to begin with, but the site also had to be designed to be easily and quickly scalable to accommodate client’s anticipated growth.”

Launched in 2005, the initial release of Yaari portal was quickly outgrown by its success and rapidly evolving demand, forcing its management to look for the next evolutionary step.  Frontex was tasked to resolve a number of issues, including site instability, slow load times, need for new user-friendly interface and most of all - lack of reliable and scalable architecture.  On May 2nd, 2008, new and better then ever YAARI.COM was launched, enhancing customer experience through both clean and intuitive interface, as well as fluid and smooth operation of all functions of the site.
