Newington, CT (January 11, 2008): Frontier Vision Technologies (FRONTEX) has completed development and deployment of another business decision support application for Charter Communication. Designed to support Six Sigma process improvement, Front Counter Training Management is a versatile web-based system that allows supervisors to evaluate sales agent training and input evaluation results via intuitive user interface. The individual evaluation results as well as cumulative supervisor scores are available to the supervisors and management personnel via a reporting section of the system in a form of effective dashboards. The system features flexible user groups and permissions management that allows administrator to set independent access levels for individual users and individual criteria measurements.
